Service Description

Identifying system and team challenges within the work. From Executive Teams to Clinicians or short term project teams. This consultation supports teams to navigate complexity, articulate system challenges and communicate effectively. Participants participate in pre consultation surveys, in consultation observations, informal debriefing and comprehensive simulation. Following the initial consultation participants are supported with follow up workshops and digital coaching to implement behaviour change that sticks. With an interdisciplinary focus this consultation supports teams in surgical settings, critical care, prison services, primary health and aged care create small lasting changes that improves the wellbeing and capacity of the team and the outcomes for patients in their service.
